William has been a foundation board member since 2019, contributing his efforts in ensuring that the foundation effectively served its community and purpose. Alongside William’s role as a Board Member, he is presently the President of Positive Outlook Guidance Services, a nonprofit organization with a similar mission. William has an earned bachelor’s degree in management from Delaware State University, andmaster’s in divinity from Howard University. In 2014, he established his first church. In 2021 he established a second campus. Most recently, William founded his first for profit business, Allen Management Services, a property management and business consulting firm.
