Edwin H. Chavous has over 40 years of experience in the business world, working primarily in the cyber security, computer, and other technology spaces. He has held several roles as an executive leader and business development professional. He is currently a Sales Director for Check Point Software, one of the world’s leading Cyber Security companies. He has completed his BS and MBA degrees and has credits towards his PhD of Philosophy and Organizational Psychology.

Mr. Chavous has a passion for mentoring and supporting the leaders of tomorrow and currently is a board member with the RIMS Center for Enrichment, Notable Investments (Chair) and Educational Wellness, LLC. He is also the president of Sentry Hearing and Protection, LLC.

He has developed several “legacy” scholarships, including the Bettie J. Chavous scholarship for the Arts, the Harold P. Chavous scholarship for Science Interest and the Chavous Brothers MKYF Scholarship to support those in need.
